Terrorist's daughter released from custody
The daughter of Masbah Abu Sabih, who perpetrated the shooting attack at Ammunition Hill and killed two Israelis, was arrested after expressing solidarity with her father's actions. She was released on Sunday, with the condition that she stay away from Jerusalem for two months, not give interviews, and avoid posting on social media.

Israel Police officials close to the investigation opposed the girl's release, saying she was suspected of severe incitement, but the State Attorney's Office believed it was not necessary to keep her in custody.
A few hours after the attack, a video was released online in which Abu Sabih's daughter, a teenager, expressed pride in her father's actions. She was subsequently arrested and questioned. The conditions of her release state that she must stay away from the Jerusalem area for two months, not give any interviews, and avoid posting on social media. She was also given an NIS 2,500 fine.

Her father, a 40-year-old man from the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan, had spent time in Israeli jail before due to security-related crimes. During his shooting spree, he killed Levana Malihi, 60, and police First Sergeant Yossi Kirma, 29.

Later that Sunday, members of the Palestinian soccer team Hilal Al-Quds posed for a team photo carrying a banner commemorating Abu Sabih, calling him a martyr and hero.
A few hours after the attack, some residents of East Jerusalem celebrated Abu Sabih's actions, handing out candy
on the streets. Abu Sabih's family owns a candy store in the town of al-Ram, which was locked down
by Israeli authorities as a deterrent measure.
