NYT: Saudi Arabia proposes Abu Dis instead of J'lem as Palestinian capital
Saudi Arabia had suggested to the Palestinians that Abu Dis be the capital of the Palestinian state instead of Jerusalem, as part of the consultation on the peace plan of US President Donald Trump, The New York Times reported.
According to the report, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who met with Abu Mazen last month during his visit to Riyadh, initiated the proposal.
