UN General Assembly to vote Thursday to rescind US Jerusalem recognition
The UN General Assembly will gather in an emergency session Thursday to vote to rescind the American recognition of Jerusalem as the Israeli capital.
Yemen and Turkey submitted the draft resolution on behalf of the Arab and Muslim nations. It is expected to be similar to the Egyptian sponsored resolution vetoed by the US in the UN Security Council.
