PA President Abbas speaks with father of girl who attacked soldiers
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas telephoned Bassem Tamimi, a Fatah activist and the father of Ahed Tamimi, the Palestinian girl who was arrested after being filmed attacking IDF soldiers.
Abbas lifted Tamimi's spirits and asked after his daughter. He also commended the Tamimi family's main role in the weekly Nabi Salih protests.
