Bomb wounds Hamas official in Lebanon
BEIRUT - A bomb blast wounded an official of the Palestinian group Hamas in the Lebanese city of Sidon on Sunday, destroying his car, security sources and the Hezbollah movement's al-Manar television station reported.

 

The targeted official was Mohamed Hamdan, also known as Abu Hamza, the sources and al-Manar said. He was "slightly wounded" in the attack, a Hamas official in Sidon, Ayman Shanaa, told a Palestinian television station, Paltoday.
