Maj. Gen. (res.) Doron Rubin passes away at age 73
Maj. Gen. (res.) Doron Rubin passed away Saturday at age 73 after a long battle with illness.
Rubin held several prominent posts including the head of the IDF's Instruction and Doctrine Directorate and as the commander of the headquarters for special operations. He also commanded the Paratroopers' Brigade and officers' school.
