The Ministry of Diaspora Affairs published the 2017 anti-Semitism Report, which indicates an increase in racist incidents against Jews in Europe.
The report points to a 78% rise in violence against Jews in Britain, and notes that one out of every three racist incidents in France is directed at Jews, even though they constitute less than 1% of the population.
It further notes that the number of anti-Semitic incidents in Ukraine has doubled, and more than 50% of the refugees in Europe hold anti-Semitic views.
