Haley: Russia has blood of Syrian children on its hands

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley accused Russia on Monday of culpability in the atrocities the Assad regime commits in Syria.

"The Russian regime whose hands are all covered in the blood of Syrian children cannot be ashamed by pictures of its victims," Haley said in a fiery speech at the UN Security Council. "We’ve tried that before. We must not overlook Russia and Iran’s role in enabling the Assad regime’s murderous destruction."

Turning her anger at Syrian President Bashar Assad, Haley said "only a monster" with "no conscience" can commit such crimes against its own people.
