Bennett: Override power to be presented to ministerial committee's approval next week

Minister of Education Naftali Bennett said Sunday that the override power clause will be brought to the approval of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation next week.

"The expanded version of the override power, saying the Knesset would be able to approve laws struck down by the High Court of Justice with a majority of 61 MKs, will be presented to the committee," he noted.
