Court decides to release all 19 protesters arrested in Haifa
At the conclusion of an overnight hearing, the Haifa Magistrates' Court decided to release all 19 people detained after a protest in Haifa Friday.
Among those released were Jafar Farah, whose leg was broken after he was arrested, his son and his nephew.
Judge Amir Salameh did, however, accede to police's request to delay by several hours the release of seven of the suspects, suspected of assaulting a police officer.
