PM: governemnt will adhere to European Broadcasting Union rules
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu clarified on Monday that as hosts of Eurovision 2019, his government will adhere to the rules of the European Broadcasting Union.
Netanyahu underlined that there are ongoing legal issues involved when it come to Eurovision—a law changing the structure of the new Israel Broadcast Corporation which awaits the approval of the High Court.
The prime minister has ordered to examine the legal aspects regarding the issue before making a final decision.
