UN envoy to Mideast: Death of Palestinian teen is 'shocking, tragic'

UN envoy to the Middle East Nicolai Mladenov tweeted Saturday: "Yesterday’s killing of a 12 year old Palestinian boy by Israeli fire in Gaza is shocking and tragic. Children are not a target! Too many lives have been lost. It's time for this to stop. My heartfelt thought and prayers go out to the bereaved family."
