Second balloon tied to explosive device located in south

A balloon tied to an explosive device was located on Friday in moshav Zru'a in the Sdot Negev Regional Council.

A police sapper was called to the scene to neutralize the device.

Earlier, a cluster of incendiary balloons was located near a kindergarten yard in moshav Kfar Maimon in the Sdot Negev Regional Council.
