MK Zahalka declared he is not to participate in April elections
MK Jamal Zahalka, head of the Balad Arab party and part of the Joint List of Arab parties, has announced Saturday that he will not be participating in the April Knesset elections.
“Leaving the Knesset doesn’t mean leaving public service. I will continue to be Balad’s chairman and will continue working for justice, freedom and equality and continue fighting against hate, racism and the occupation, until peace and justice are achieved,” said Zahalka.
