Netanyahu says Qatari cash infusion to Gaza will be held back

A third Qatari cash infusion that was meant to be paid out to Palestinian civil servants in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday will be held back by Israel in protest of Palestinian border violence, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday.

The statement comes after an IDF officer was lightly hurt by gunfire from the Gaza Strip.
