North Korea news agency reports of new tactical weapons test
SEOUL, April 18 North Korea announced it had tested a new tactical guided weapons.
The official state news agency, KCNA, reported, chairman Kim oversaw the testing of what was described as a "peculiar mode of guiding flight" and "a powerful warhead".
The Pentagon had no immediate response to the report though un-named officials say no missile launch was detected.
