Qatari envoy to Gaza enters Strip with $15 million aid package
Qatari envoy to Gaza, Muhammad al-Emadi, entered the Hamas-controlled enclave late Sunday to deliver $15 million in aid to the officials in the Strip.
Another $10 million will be transferred to Israel as a payment for fuel provided to the Strip's sole power plant.
