Smotrich tweets blessing for Barak's new party since it 'splits the left'
Transportation Minister Bezalel Smotrich said in a tweet Wednesday that former prime minister Ehud Barak's return to political activity splits the Israeli left and thus has his blessing.
"I give Barak my blessing as he returns to politics, in a move that split the left, and for accurately recognizing that religious Zionism are a force to be reckoned with in the political sphere," said Smotrich.
