Election Committee Chairman bans NGO from transporting Bedouins to polls

Election Committee Chairman Judge Hanan Melcer banned NGO from transporting Bedouin voters to the polls.

Melcer's ruling is in contradiction to Attorney General Avichai Mandelblitt's opinion that the Zazim Community Action NGO should be allowed to provide transport for Bedouin's wishing to vote.
