Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Hayot slams Israeli officials for justice system criticism
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Esther Hayot on Thursday rejected the claims made against the justice system by some senior Israeli officials.
"None of us are free from mistakes and monitoring mechanisms are required," she said. "Among such mechanisms is curbing the kind of criticism that undermines the legitimacy of legal institutions in the State of Israel.”
