No, as a Jewish mom, I cannot agree that kicking any child is appropriate. I can understand being angry and frustrated, but this is not acceptable. Talking to the child would have done more good if he did something wrong (probably, he is a kid). This should not be the way that we Jews should behave. Have a little compassion and kindness.

I have been in the filed of police psychology and selection. Discernment requires an officer to exhibit controlled poise unless threatened, emotional intelligence to de-escalate, to be proactive versus reactive. Most people were shown the short clip starting when the boy got hit by the care but only Jewish websites show the clip which included at least 5 minutes before the incident. Watching the vid, it is apparent that this boy knew he had been caught, that's why he started screaming, that is a clearly guilty child, who knew it. Anyone who knows kids will see that this kid was not just walking around and the camera man should be tried for slander, since he is trying to change the facts of the story with this footage. However, this is typical B'Tselem pali propaganda. BTW, who is footing the bill for this man to sit and film through the window all day? Actually,several months ago,something similiar did happen a young Jewish boy the same age as this child was hit in Hebron by the border police. I agree the police should not act abusive towards anyone regardless of age or ethnicity.
