Qassam rocket lands near western Negev; no injuries

A Qassam rocket was fired north of Gaza and landed in open territory in the western Negev. There were no reports of injuries or damage.
Earlier, a Qassam rocket was fired at Sderot, but the Red Dawn alert system did not go off. The rocket was reported to land in open territory outside of the city. (Shmulik Hadad)
