Senior Hizbullah official: There’s Arab plot to eliminate resistance
A senior Hizbullah official in Southern Lebanon, Hassan Az al-Din, said that “Hizbullah has military capabilities that will enable it to teach the enemy a big lesson. What we will do depends on the developments, as no one knows how the war will develop. Our strategy aims at exposing the enemy to our abilities.”
In an interview with the Iranian news channel al-Alam, al-Din harshly criticized the Arab countries that were unsupportive of Hizbullah, and said: “There is an Arab and international conspiracy to eliminate the resistance, but we enjoy a strong popular support. We are able to teach the enemy a lesson it will never forget.” (Roee Nahmias)
