Iran: US planned war in order to control oil in region

Iranian Defense Minister, Mustafa Najar, blamed the US for planning the war in the Middle East, according to a report from the Iranian news agency, Faras. 

According to Najar, the US concocted a plan for a regional war in order to gain full control over sources of oil in the region, camouflaged as a plan promoting peace in the Middle East. He defined the visit of US Secretary of State, Condoleeza Rice as a disrespect to the Arab states. (Dudi Cohen)
