Palestinians: IDF encircling buildings in Ramallah
Palestinian sources in Ramallah reported that a large IDF force was surrounding a number of buildings in the Um al-Sharait neighborhood in the city. Palestinians reported that soldiers called on residents to evacuate their homes, apparently as part of a search for a wanted person.
A number of PA security headquarters, including those of civilian intelligence and military intelligence, are located in the encircled neighborhood. Earlier in the week, IDF forces operated in the neighborhood in an attempt to arrest a wanted Fatah operative. (Ali Waked)
