Fatah orders members to be on alert in case of escalation

Hani al-Hassan, a Fatah senior member, said the organization has ordered its members and gunmen to be on a high state of alert ahead of the possibility of a worsening of the situation in Lebanon which could cause an escalation in the Palestinian territories.
"I know what I'm saying, and I know what I mean," said al-Hassan, a member of Fatah's central committee. He said the meetings at the end of a demonstration held in Ramallah to support Hizbullah. (Ali Waked)
