UNIFIL prevents IDF entrance deep into Lebanon
French UNIFIL troops prevented IDF forces, including tanks and several other armored vehicles, from entering the south Lebanese village of Marwaheen. The IDF refused to comment on the incident.
According top the report, the IDF force planned on advancing further into Lebanese territory when a French UNIFIL battalion blocked the road leading to the village. (News agencies)
