Foreign ministry: Two Israelis arrested in Egypt
The Israeli foreign ministry has confirmed that two Israelis were arrested Monday morning in Egypt after crossing the border north of Taba.
The two were arraigned before an Egyptian judge and their arrest was extended in 15 days. The Israeli consul general in Cairo is taking care of the situation with the local authorities. (Roee Nahmias)
