Israeli police searched the belongings of a Palestinian at Hawara Checkpoint, and found a magazine of a Kalashnikov. The Palestinian was transferred to the police for investigation, and the magazine was confiscated.
The IDF reported that another Palestinian was arrested at the checkpoint after 20 M-16 bullets were found on him. (Efrat Weiss)
