Prime Minister Ehud Olmert commented Tuesday on reports of secret contacts with Syria.
“It never happened. I didn’t know anything about contacts and no one in the government knew. This was the initiative of a private individual who spoke with himself, but his conversation was with an imaginary figure from the United States,” Olmert said. (Sharon Roffe-Ofir)
