Iran: No need for more countries to negotiate on captives
Iranian foreign ministry spokesman, Mohammad Ali Hosseini, said Wednesday that there was no need for other countries to negotiate on the issue of the British captives, according to a report by the Iranian news agency Mahar.
Earlier Wednesday, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkish diplomats might soon visit the captive British soldiers. Housseini confirmed that the captives would be released by Thursday. (Dudi Cohen)
