Knesset sources estimate date of presidential elections
The next presidential elections will take place on 13 June, according to an estimate by sources in the Knesset. The date will be approved next week.
MK Reuven Rivlin (Likud), and MK Colette Avital (Labor) have already announced their candidacy. Vice Premier Shimon Peres is expected to do the same shortly. (Amnon Meranda)
