Dozens of business owners and taxi drivers gathered in the center of Sderot on Sunday afternoon, carrying signs protesting the government's failure to deal with the ongoing rocket fire.
"Our children must not be abandoned" and "There is no security in Sderot" are only some of the slogans that could be seen on the cars making their way to the capital.
The protestors plan to slowly drive from the southern town to the cabinet meeting in Jerusalem.

Aharon Orian, manager of the local taxi station, cannot remember such a difficult situation.
"It's impossible. The government must do something. If they don’t do something, we will do start doing something," he told Ynet.
According to Ya'akov Shoshani, another taxi driver, "There is only one thing we haven’t heard yet: A government commitment to stop the rocket fire at any cost. Instead, we hear that they want to give Abu Mazen (Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas) rifles again. The Palestinians are sitting there in Beit Hanoun and laughing at us."
