Beyond the car, the recording contract and the fame, another prize will be added to the list the top-three finalists of "A Star is Born": a chance to represent Israel in the 2008 Eurovision competition. Although we question the decision, there's no doubt these guys are talented enough to sweep the European crowd. We met with a group of Eurovision fans and heard their opinion about some of the finalists: Ninette Tayeb Claim to fame: First place, first season Pro: The girl got charisma, personal charm and a voice that's hard to ignore. Also with a name like "Ninette" she has a bit more European appeal than "Kobi Oz." Watch and decide for yourselves: Ninette!!!! Con: The national sweetheart might fail to deliver in front of a chilly European audience because what works for the warm, loving, Israeli crowd, won't necessarily convince the Nordic glaciers. Final score: Will get to the finals and finish last. National pride rating: 8 Shiri Maimon Claim to fame: Second place, first season. Fourth place, Eurovision 2005 Pro: The voice, the moves, the dress, the energy, and… Yes, the dress. Besides, if Ilanit could do it twice, so can Shiri. Decide for yourselves here: www.shiri-maimon.co.il/ Maimon at Eurovision 2005 (Photo: AP) Con: Stand in line, lady, I was here first… Final score: Will get to the finals and finish in the top five. National pride rating: 9.5 Harel Moyal Claim to fame: First place, second season. Pro: Our experts got excited and believe the young man will warm and touch the Europeans. After all, this is a muscular, tanned guy with a beautiful smile – all the girls would love him (the anti-Semites ones as well) Con: The Europeans don't really like Israelis who served in the army in combat units. No matter how much love there's in the world, one photo of Moyal in uniforms and a gun will destroy his chances. Final score: Will get to the finals but will finish in one of the last places. National pride rating: 9 (because he served in the army and the whole world hates us anyway) Harel Skaat Claim to fame: Second place, second season. Pro: He deserves it because he should've won the first place in "A Star is Born." Besides, Skaat got the right look and he is Yemenite just like Yizhar Cohen, Gali Atari and Dana International – all Eurovision winners. Another Yemenite winner? Skaat (Photo: Tzvika Tishler) Con: Because the right look is not enough to win over the Europeans. Final score: Will get to the finals and has a good chance of doing better than Shiri. National pride rating: 9.5 Jacko Eisenberg Claim to fame: First place, fourth season. Pro: The fans were psyched when Jacko's name came up. He's got an amazing voice and the right look. Who cares if he dodged the draft? Politically correct? Jacko (Photo: Gilad Kvelerchik) Con: Oh, well. Jacko must learn to keep his mouth shut and someone needs to teach him about political correctness. It shouldn't be that difficult all he needs to do is be nice and not say bad things about anybody even if he considers them a nobody. Final score: Will get to the finals and end up in the top five. National pride rating: Depends on what he tells interviewers about Israel.
