Among the new olim was Talia Masri (formerly Haber), a former model with the Image agency who decided to relocate to Israel from Baltimore with her husband and six children.

The family plans to settle in Modi’in, located between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

According to Nefesh B’Nefesh, a record 3,200 are expected to make aliyah from North America in 2007.
