MK Ran Cohen: Abuse of Palestinians corrupts IDF
Knesset Member Ran Cohen (Meretz) who is a member of the Knesset's Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee announced that he will turn to the IDF chief of staff and demand that soldiers who are found guilty of abusing Palestinians be punished more severely.
Cohen cited the "repeated cases of abuse," and said that they attest to a "system-wide failure that corrupts the army." (Amnon Meranda)
