Materials used in producing explosives siezed in West Bank
In a joint IDF and civil administration operation Sunday, some 15 bags containing 375 kilograms (825 pounds) of urea and potassium nitrate were seized in the West Bank.
The materials in question cannot be legally possessed in the West Bank, because they can be used to manufacture explosives and other deadly weapons. A suspect was captured during this operation, and transferred for questioning by security personnel (Efrat Weiss).
