MK Lieberman, Carter discuss land swap with Palestinians

Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman met with former US president, Jimmy Carter, to discuss state policies regarding negotiations with the Palestinians.

According to Knesset Member David Rotem, who was present at the meeting, Lieberman presented to Carter his plan for making an exchange of population and territory between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. (Amnon Meranda)
