IDF approves establishment of 20 Palestinian police stations in West Bank

The IDF approved Monday the establishment of 20 Palestinian police stations in the West Bank as part of easing restrictions on the Palestinians.

Four stations have been established so far – near the West Bank cities of Tulkarem and Qalqilya. The stations’ establishment is part of a series of relief efforts, such as removing roadblocks in the West Bank and increasing the number of transit permits given to Palestinian trucks from the city of Nablus to the Ephraim Gate. 70 roadblocks have been removed throughout the West Bank (Efrat Weiss)
