Supreme Court rejects petition against limiting supply of fuel to Gaza

The Supreme Court rejected the petition filed three weeks ago by human rights organizations against Israel's plans to cut back on the supply of fuel to the Gaza Strip.

"We regret that the Supreme Court has legitimized an illicit policy of collective punishment against a million and a half civilians, against the rules dictated by international law. After an entire year of laying siege to Gaza, the fuel and goods crisis has led to the collapse of the civil infrastructure (in Gaza)," the Gisha association said in response. (Efrat Weiss)
