Kuntar’s attorney: He won’t return to terror, may create a family
Samir Kuntar’s attorney Elias Sabag spent a short time with the terrorist prior to the vote on the prisoner exchange deal. “He was tense,” Sabag told Ynet. “I advised him to be optimistic. We praise the decision and hope that it will be a catalyst for the Shalit case.”
Regarding Kuntar’s future, his attorney said, “I don’t agree with the assumption that he will return to terrorism. A man serving time for 30 years needs to unwind.
