Boat protester Halper released, for now
Prof. Jeff Halper, the sole Israeli on board the leftist boat that sailed to Gaza over the weekend, was released conditionally after being detained by police earlier.
Sderot Police Chief Shimon Nachmani said that "Halper was held for questioning and the decision whether to arrest him will be taken at the end of the probe." (Shmulik Hadad)
