State, Yesha Council agree on new location for illegal outpost of Migron

The State Prosecutor's Office notified the High Court of Justice that it has found an alternative location for the illegal West Bank outpost of Migron, which is currently located near the West Bank settlement of Ofra.

The State proposed relocating the outpost's residents to a new neighborhood in the municipal jurisdiction of Adam (Geva Binyamin), a communal Israeli settlement located about three miles northeast of Jerusalem. According to the State, the Yesha Council agreed to the proposed location. (Aviad Glickman)
