World Bank calls for steps to ease West Bank trade
The World Bank says Israel can make West Bank cargo crossings more efficient to boost Palestinian trade, even within its system of movement restrictions.
The bank also said Monday that the Palestinian economy will not recover unless restrictions are eased significantly. (AP)
