Peres: Israel will continue allowing humanitarian aid to Gaza
President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert met Thursday for a briefing on the Israeli offensive in Gaza.
Peres said that "it is inconceivable to re-open the crossing while Gaza is arming itself with Iranian weapons. Nevertheless, Israel will continue humanitarian aid to Gaza Strip." (Ronen Medzini)
