Peres to UN: Kosovo bombing also killed civilians
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told President Shimon Peres that he hopes Israel will "show the world" that it is a responsible member of the UN by obeying Security Council resolutions.
Peres said in response that many members of the UN were involved in the bombing of Kosovo, which also caused the deaths of many civilians. He said those same countries were currently criticizing Israel indiscriminately. (Roni Sofer)
