Lieberman: Ceasefire could become firetrap
Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman expressed opposition to a ceasefire with Hamas, Saturday, noting that "previous attempt have shown that a ceasefire becomes a firetrap."
"The nation supports (the operation), the southern residents stand with us and only the government is interfering with letting the IDF do its job," he said. "Israel must take over the Philadelphi Route and Rafah, and topple the Hamas regime," he added. (Yael Branovsky)
