B'Tselem: State must find way to prosecute settler who shot at Palestinians

The B'Tselem human rights organization slammed the Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office's decision to cancel indictment against against Ze'ev Braude, accused of firing at two Palestinians several months ago, following the Supreme Court's decision that evidence defined as classified information must be revealed.

The organization demanded the prosecution "take back its wretched decision" and said, "If the State refuses to reveal the evidence, it must find alternate ways to prosecute Braude."
