Kaplinsky on Lebanon: We should have made it clear we are at war

Major-General Moshe Kaplinsky, who served as deputy IDF chief of staff during the Second Lebanon War, said during a symposium at TEL Aviv University that "we made a mistake as commanders by failing to change the general perception – of the government, of the public, but mainly inside the army.
