Counter Terrorism Unit warns of Sinai threat
The Counter Terrorism Unit has issued its periodical travel alert towards the holidays, and warns of an immediate and concrete threat on Israeli lives in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula and India's Cashmere region. The unit stressed that the warning does not refer to new travel alerts but to the current state of affairs.
The unit further stated that aside from in Arab countries, there is also a large threat in Colombia, but only on Israelis providing security services to the Colombian administration. (Roni Sofer)
